Privacy Policy: Your Information 
All information provided to Rainbow 21 remains with Rainbow 21. We never share information with other companies, except in the form of testimonials with express permission from you. Your email address, street, mailing address and all other information you provide us (including the recipients information) remains secure with Rainbow 21.
 
Regular Mail
We love to keep in touch with our customers! We send our mailings to our customers 1-2 times per year. If you do not wish to receive mail from us, please let us know and we'll be happy to remove your mailing address from our database.
 
Return Policy
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed- If the recipient is not happy with the basket call us to let us know what the problem is. As long as the basket is intact (the wrapping is still on and no products have been removed) we will be happy to exchange it for another gift of the same value or store credit (less shipping costs). We cannot however account for everyone's tastes and cannot exchange individual products from our baskets.
 
Because of the popularity of some arrangements, Rainbow 21 must also reserve the right to substitute pictured vases and other decorative containers with others of like shape, color, value, and style.
All of our baskets leave our facility wrapped in cellophane, wrapped in bubble wrap and newsprint to ensure proper shipping. If the box looks like it has been opened or if the exterior has been damaged in any way, let us know so that we can start a claim with the carrier.
 
If a basket is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, we can re-ship the basket to the recipient at an additional freight cost, or ship the basket to you at an additional freight cost. Please check your addresses carefully!

Sample Policy
At Rainbow 21 we understand that samples are an important part of a corporate gift program. Many companies need samples in order to make a final decision for a large order. Our sample policy is simple. We charge for all samples that we create for an order. If the sample is selected we credit the purchase price (less shipping & taxes) back against the large order. If you do not wish to keep the sample, it is returnable however there is a 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs. To return the gift it must be in the same condition as when you received it....
